The new ReNero has exclusively 1x transmission: thanks to this characteristic and to the new kinematics, it has been possible to make seat stays with dimensions, shapes and characteristics that make the bicycle more reactive and able to transfer all its power and force without dispersion, as well as making it more agile. Particular attention has been paid to its design. The preparation for the internal passage of the cables has been improved to ensure a cleaner look and facilitate the assembly and maintenance steps.
68 degrees of steering angle to give more speed in technical downhill runs and an RC (the incredibly short and responsive undercarriage of just 430 mm) that provides both steering agility and pedalling stiffness. The 74.5 degrees of the seat tube will help the cyclist to face the steepest uphill stretches while keeping the pedalling efficient. Torpado Impudent has completely redesigned ReNero’s suspension scheme, maintaining the progressivity and effectiveness of Matador’s Virtual X system.
The connecting rod is made completely of carbon and has an integral structure, it is equipped with a special insert that allows two different travels.

The new generation standards that have been adopted are the following: steering series (ICR System) to fully integrate the handlebar cables and the Flat Mount (rear brake) for the rear brake.
The derailleur hanger is “UDH Sram”; this latest generation standard makes it possible to optimise both its operation and its availability in case a spare part is needed.

The Universal Derailleur Hanger consolidates thousands of hanger options across the industry. It protects your derailleur against chain jams by pivoting back and out of the way, and slips slightly when encountering impacts. It improves shifting performance, guarantees better alignment, and works with all drivetrains. Plus, if you ever need replacement, it will be available everywhere.
Tapered head tube improves stiffness, stability and riding precision
Horizontal Rear Brake: Disk brake post mounted on chain stay. This solution allows a more appealing shape, better braking performances and weight reduction
This system allows to widen the rear stop by moving both the disc brake and the chain line by 3 mm. As a result of that you will have a greater wheel camber which gives stability and driving precision (used in Plus models)

It’s a new standard, which allow reducing needed material to match the caliper to the frame. This solution reduce the weight and the torque on the frame during the slow down. Anyway, through an adaptor, is possible using post mount calliper.
